be submitted on LUTAR Forms • Please select the appropriate forms from above. |
PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Most of these forms need to be printed on Legal (8.5 x 14) paper. Adobe
software will automatically rescale the document to the size your printer is
set for, which is most likely "letter" (8.5 x 11). To reset the paper size,
click on the print icon in Adobe (NOT your browser's print icon), then click
"Properties". The next settings will vary by printer manufacturer, but you
need to click a button that says "Advanced" or which refers to print
options. Find the setting for "Paper Size" and change it to "Legal". |
All
listing submissions MUST include the following:
1. MLS Agreement form (must be signed by BOTH Listing Agent and agent's
Broker/Manager.
2. Listing Input Sheet for the correct property type.
3. Submission of AT LEAST one photo or drawing.
4. Payment. LUTAR will not activate a listing until payment is received.
Payment may be made in person at the LUTAR Office, by check, or by credit
card (VISA/Master Card only). Those paying by check may wish to mail the
forms with the check. |
