Becoming a LUTAR Appraiser Member and being active in our community cultivates working relationships that benefit all contributors.  It provides our members with resources and support within our communities.

Our Appraiser Membership is available to certified or licensed appraisers  in the state of Michigan.  Appraiser Members obtain the same benefits as REALTOR® members receiving membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Michigan REALTORS® (MR) as well as Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS® (LUTAR).

Lapper and Upper Thumb Association of Realtors® encompasses nine counties located throughout the "Thumb" Region of the state of Michigan.  Our members are located in the following Michigan Counties:  Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Oakland and Macomb.
